Trang brings over nine years of experience in recruitment management across APAC, Europe, and the US, delivering exceptional talent solutions for industries such as eCommerce, Blockchain, Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, and Professional Services.

Prior to Vian Bloom, Trang held senior recruitment roles at Lazada, Myria Blockchain Games, and National Australia Bank Vietnam, where she successfully hired for diverse positions, including Functional Heads, Senior Specialists, and Regional Leaders.

Trang started her career at Odgers Berndtson Vietnam, where she contributed to senior-level searches for multinational and local firms across Southeast Asia.

She holds a Master’s degree from Tomas Bata University in the Czech Republic and a Bachelor’s degree from RMIT University Vietnam.
